At the moment I feel like the happiest person in the world.... just talked for 3 and a half hours on the phone with my eldest son, who is living in the UK. I miss him so much, and it was so wonderful to talk to him!
Now I come here and get a double feature for a simple christmassy photo... that´s the cherry on top of the ice cream tonight, honest!

Frankie, that doily belonged to my mum who died in August. I just could not give it away, like many other of her things. I even put tinsel on my christmas tree this year, although I actually don´t like it. That belonged to my mum also, she had been keeping and reusing it for years, it is the heavier sort of tinsel which you cannot buy anymore nowadays. Yeah memories.... :love
