Morph WindowBlinds

OK, I've said for a long time now I would release this skin. Well, its finally ready after a about a year of sitting on the shelf and being worked on from time to time. This is also the first skin in nearly a year I have released, sorry about that.

This skin is for both XP and Vista and contains 3 substyles. For those who like to use the windowframe roll-up feature it is only going to work right with the default minimal style.
