This is my first public UIS1 skin. It REQUIRES WindowBlinds 3.1 or later (it will not work on 3.0). It's about 50% faster than Liquid2. There may be some bugglets, if you run into any, go ahead and comment. Have fun. Oh, this skin has a couple of fairly innovative things in it, the text on the Start menu is rotated a bit and the scrollbars are semi transparent.
