First off its a photoshop file...so your going to need photoshop 7 or newer to open it http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/ ..or that Gimp thingy program http://www.gimp.org/....

Study it. Polish your photoshop skills! Design a wallpaper with it. Display your favorite Blackberry wallpaper. Design a fancy advert with it. Make Icons!
