By chicubsI think it is cool, original skin for hoverweather, I got the idea of a cross ion pen, I know the text isnt perfect (remember you can fidle with it in the skin.ini file, but DO NOT release it again under your name, (send it too me if your text changes are good at [LINK], ok im being a little overprotective...

I know the text sucks but I fooled with it and could never get it right, sorry! but with hoverweather you can modify it so its not a problem
