i cant use skin for winxp... it dosen´t work

Hello!
like Iain said you need the proper application to work with the skin. I use Windowblinds, after I installed it, it was pretty straight forward from there. But certainly the scope of it would change if I downloaded a WB skin without the program installed first. You see, nothing on my computer would recognize it. I´m guessing here - but I´d probably experience what you are now.
