Error in mysql syntax!!!

Ciao,

when i post a news with the ´ character inside the message, preview or title in addnews page the system write this error message:

Error 234:You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ´ at line 1

Please help me to solve this problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
