Cursors can be re-sized with the enhanced version of CursorXP.

if you have cursorXP their is the option to resize them to what ever you want........ This is not my taste, but the WORK is awesome, not many cursor makers can make them so neatly done and clear :-)

Some people in the community are like fudge, some sweet with a few nuts :-)
