Division 303 Spitfire Wide Screen

By kenwas
A frame from an animation that I am working on that I thought would make a passable wall for those that like aviation images. Part of a study of sunlight at altitude. The wide screen pack includes 1680x1050, 1440x900, and 1280x800. Created in Vue 6 Infinite with model by Bazze. There is a standard sizes package also available.

Hi! It´s excellent job! This Spitfire flew Polish pilot, Sqdr. Ldr. Jan Zumbach, called "Donald Duck"-it´s why the picture of Donald Duck is painted on the fuselage. Polish 303 Fighter Squadron was one of the most effective British fighter squadrons during The Battle Of Britain. Pilots of this unit shot down 126 Nazi planes durind the Battle. Jan Zumbach shot down during The Battle Of Britain 8 enemy aircrafts (2 Do-17, 1 He-111, 5 Bf-109 for sure, and 1 Bf-109 probably. Thanks once again for the author for this picture!

Are you aware that your image is probably being used in an advertising campaign by the British National Party?

Nice photo, nice bit of history behind it too. Just a post to say that this image looks to be being used by the BNP in the UK, from the look of it. Link to the story is in dibblah´s comment. Ironically it was in a poster campaigning to send polish people ´back to where they came from´. If it isn´t an authorised use, then may I suggest an invoice...
