My first S5 theme so it's a bit rough. It's made for horizontal grippers that aren't very high (hence the 16px task icons), but if you adjust the task icon size it'll work very well any way you want. The grippers will work vertical pretty well. The wallpaper is included, but it is not mine so please read the readme.txt. Screenshot looks bad even at full size because I run a very high LCD resolution and had to squash it down.
